  • Only customers who opt for this option will be entitled to a refund in case of an incident.

Information

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme adverse weather conditions, strikes, or customs delays.
  • If the carrier makes several delivery attempts and the customer does not take possible steps to collect the order, the customer may be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
  • If the loss of the order is clearly caused by customer negligence (e.g., repeated absences without rescheduling delivery), no refund will be issued.
  • The customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address. In case of error, the customer will be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

Notice Regarding the Update of US Customs Clearance Policy

Due to the new US customs policy, which may come into effect between April 1st and 2nd (Eastern Standard Time – EST), the customs clearance process may undergo changes during this transition period:

  • The T86 customs clearance mode (tax exemption policy for orders under USD 800) may be canceled at any time.
  • Before the new policy takes effect, orders to the United States will be shipped normally, although delivery delays may occur during the transition period.

If the T86 mode is canceled, orders will be processed through an alternative customs clearance method, and any additional applicable taxes and fees will be the customer's responsibility, depending on the specific situation.
