Exchange, Returns and Refund Policy

At BELVOIR , we value respect for our customers and a commitment to the quality of our products and services.
Therefore, we provide a clear, transparent returns and exchanges policy that complies with Portuguese and European legislation.

1. Returns and Exchange Period

You may request an exchange or refund for any product within 14 calendar days from the date of order receipt .

Eligibility conditions:

The product must be unused and show no signs of wear ;
You must keep the original packaging ;
It must be in perfect condition , accompanied by the invoice , where applicable.

2. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange the product for another model, colour or size, please contact our team via:

After receiving and analysing the returned item, the exchange will be made subject to stock availability .

3. Refunds

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, you will be notified by email regarding the approval or refusal of the refund.

If approved, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase , within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt of the item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

The return shipping costs are borne by BELVOIR .
In the event of a refund, the shipping cost will not be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

5. Order Cancellation After Shipping

If the order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you must refuse delivery upon receipt .
The product will be automatically returned to our distribution centre.

The refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 working days after receipt and inspection of the item.
