This website is operated by BELVOIR, a Portuguese brand specializing in men's and women's apparel and accessories, inspired by the old money sport chic style.

By accessing this website and/or making a purchase, the user accepts these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, please do not use our services.

BELVOIR makes its products and services available through the Shopify Inc. platform, which provides a secure and efficient e-commerce infrastructure.

2. General Conditions of Use

3. Information on Purchase, Shipping, and Delivery

Shipping
All BELVOIR products are shipped from international distribution centers.
The estimated delivery time is 6 to 11 business days, after payment confirmation.

Tracking
After dispatch, a tracking code will be provided, sent by email within a maximum of 5 business days, allowing real-time order tracking.

Customs Duties
In exceptional situations, Portuguese or European Union customs authorities may apply taxes or fees.
Should this occur, BELVOIR will cover the necessary costs for the delivery of the order.

4. Cancellation and Right of Free Resolution

In accordance with the Portuguese Consumer Protection Law, the customer has the right to free resolution within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

If the order has already been shipped, the customer must refuse delivery for the item to be returned.
The refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 business days after receipt and verification of the product.

5. Exchanges and Returns

We accept exchanges and returns within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product.

Conditions:

The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition;
Products damaged by improper use will not be accepted.

Costs:

Return shipping costs are borne by BELVOIR;
In case of refund, the shipping amount will not be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

6. Refunds

After receipt and inspection of the product, the customer will be notified by email regarding the approval or refusal of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum of 15 business days.

7. Prices and Commercial Actions

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders at any time, especially in cases of suspected fraud or violation of these terms.

8. User Comments and Content

Offensive, discriminatory, or copyright-infringing comments will be removed;
We reserve the right to edit or delete content that violates these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content (logos, images, texts, and design) is the property of BELVOIR and is protected by copyright laws.
Any unauthorized use is expressly prohibited.
